Meet Ahmed,
Registered Osteopath.

Ahmed brings a dynamic and modern approach to osteopathic care, shaped by his training at the renowned University College of Osteopathy and his experience across several of London’s leading multidisciplinary clinics.

Of Saudi Arabian heritage and fluent in both English and Arabic, Ahmed offers a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment for patients from diverse backgrounds, including those from the wider Arab community.

Specialising in postural and functional movement, Ahmed has a particular interest in the cervical spine, breathing mechanics, and neuromuscular integration. His treatments often focus on improving diaphragmatic function, enhancing postural bracing, and re-establishing a strong mind-body connection to support long term functional improvements.

Ahmed takes a holistic and hands-on approach, combining structural osteopathy with tailored advice on movement, breathing, and self-care. By addressing the underlying biomechanical patterns that contribute to pain or dysfunction, he helps patients achieve not just symptom relief but lasting change.

Whether supporting office workers with postural tension, helping patients recover from injury, or improving breathing and spinal mechanics for those with stress-related restrictions, Ahmed creates treatment plans that are both individualised and goal oriented.

Outside the clinic, Ahmed leads an active lifestyle and enjoys gym training, padel, scuba diving, and travelling—pursuits that reflect his values of balance, discipline, and curiosity.
