Maria is a dedicated osteopath with a Master's degree from the European School of Osteopathy. With years of experience treating patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly, she brings a compassionate and holistic approach to every stage of life. Her work focuses on managing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, restoring physical health, supporting rehabilitation, and encouraging long-term wellbeing.

As a mother herself, Maria has a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This personal experience has shaped her passion for supporting women and babies through gentle, personalised care.

She offers treatment for a wide range of common concerns, including pelvic girdle discomfort, pubic symphysis pain, and postnatal assessments, as well as baby-related issues such as colic, tongue tie, and changes in head shape. In addition to treatment, Maria provides general check-ups and practical advice to help both mothers and their little ones thrive.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual, drawing from a broad toolkit of osteopathic techniques. These include cranial sacral therapy, soft tissue release, structural adjustments and mobilisations, blading, lymphatic drainage, dry cupping, sports massage, and modern acupuncture.

Maria is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a proud member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
